Killaloe OPP are investigating a rash of thefts and break and enters.
Last Tuesday, They responded to a theft from a vehicle at a gas station in Madawaska Valley. Then on Saturday, they were called to multiple break-and-enters at a trailer park just off Highway 60 in South Algonquin Township. In that incident, several trailers were broken into. A mattress, a Honda generator and electronics were stolen. Then on Sunday, they were called to a break-and-enter on Weglarz Road in Madawaska Valley, where a home was broken into and cash and alcohol were stolen.
Anyone with info on any of the three incidents is asked to contact police. They are also reminding people to keep their vehicles locked and valuables out of sight.
