Valley Manor Says COVID Case is Low Risk to Residents, Community

The Valley Manor says that the COVID-19 case detected in one of their staff poses a low risk to residents and the community.

They report no transmissions having occurred, and the staff member is feeling well. However, the staff member is still in quarantine and won’t be released until the 14-day quarantine is complete. Outbreak protocols are still being issued at the Manor, and it does not affect the vaccine rollout.

The Manor is confident that the outbreak will be declared over once the staff member’s quarantine has been lifted.
