A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared at Valley Manor.
The Manor says in the weekly testing that staff undergo, one staff member tested positive. The individual is being retested and is currently self-isolating for 14 days with no chance of their quarantine being shortened. Due to provincial health guidelines, one case of COVID-19 triggers outbreak protocols. At this time, the Manor has said that no other cases have been confirmed, and staff are focusing on containing the situation.
