OPP Stepping Up Enforcement on Highway 17 As Debris Incidents Continue

In response to continued debris on Highway 17, the OPP are stepping up enforcement.

A joint patrol between Renfrew and Upper Ottawa Valley OPP will be doing a focused patrol along the highway between Pembroke and Renfrew. In addition, OPP have brought in analysts and forensic teams to help out with the investigation.

OPP are warning motorists about debris on the road, especially when travelling in the early morning hours.
