Killaloe OPP have laid sexual assault charges on a man from South Algonquin.
It comes after OPP investigated a report of a sexual assault in Madawaska Valley. Police have charged a 46 year old with sexual assault, sexual exploitation, and failure to comply with a probation order. The accused has been released with conditions and will appear in court in February.
Police say there is no threat to public safety.
