Basil Borutski has been ordered to return to court on April 19th where he will be arraigned on three counts of first degree murder.
Borutski is accused in the deaths of three women in Wilno and Bonnechere Valley last September.
According to the Ottawa Citizen, during a brief court appearance on Tuesday, the judge informed the court that Borutski’s assessment to see if he was fit for trial was inconclusive.
The judge also encouraged the Crown Prosecutor to move the case along since it had been six months since Borutski’s arrest.
He has until now, refused to hire any legal representation.
