Smile cookie week in Barry’s Bay blew expectations out of the water.
The St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation says that they had a goal of $5000 during the campaign. But due to sales of the smile cookie at Tim Horton’s, the SFVHF raised $8101 dollars. They say despite the pandemic, this is a record for the foundation since the fundraiser began.
Barry’s Bay Tim Hortons has generated $31,099 for local healthcare in the six years that they have been raising money.
