Next Week Declared National Volunteer Day By Council

Next week Madawaska Valley will be honouring volunteers.
Mayor Kim Love made the announcement during her address, saying that some services in the municipality wouldn’t exist without volunteers.

She also pointed out that the number of volunteers within the community is immense.
National Volunteer Week begins April 10th and runs until the 16th.
During the meeting, councillors also declared June to be Senior’s Month.
