Truck Collides with House in Laurentian Valley

Opp were called out to a single vehicle accident in Laurentian Valley.

The Upper Ottawa Valley detachment was called to a single vehicle motor collision on Pleasant View Drive around 3:30 PM Last Friday. A pickup truck had left the roadway on a curve and struck a residence in the 200 block of the Drive. OPP say two passengers, aged 83 and 73 of Laurentian Valley, sustained minor injuries.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation. OPP says this will include a mechanical inspection of the vehicle.
