Pembroke to Open Playgrounds to the Public

As of tomorrow, the City of Pembroke will open all its playgrounds to the public.
The move comes as Ontario is moving into stage 3 of reopening. The city says that they will santitize all playground equipment before they open, and encourages residents to follow safe physical distancing guidelines and practice proper hygiene.
Playgrounds that are opening include ones at Cecil Street, Golfview, and Hillcrest. In addition to the playgrounds, the city reminds residents that Pembroke Marina, and Riverside Park Beach, splash-pads, mini golf and the park campgrounds are open. Rotary Park splash pads and tennis courts will also be open
