A flood warning has been issued for the Bonnechere River in Renfrew.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry says that localized flooding is happening between the Renfrew Power Generation Dam at Bridge Street and the Ottawa River.
The rest of Renfrew County remains under a water conditions statement which advises water safety.
They are reminding residents who have a history of flooding to protect their property by inspecting sump pumps.
Although there is rain in the forecast, the concern is the amount of snowpack that has yet to melt.
