Power outage to leave close to 14,000 homes in the dark this weekend

A planned power outage will turn out the lights for close to 14,000 homes this weekend.

Hydro One says it’ll impact those living in townships around the Bancroft area, the Madawaska Valley, Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan, Cardiff and Harcourt.  The power outage is scheduled to happen Sunday from 5:00am to 5:30am.

Households that will be affected have all been contacted.
