The county of Renfrew has received 4000 procedural masks from Canadian Tire to go towards front line workers in the County.
The masks will be divided between Bonnechere manor, Miramichi Lodge, and County of Renfrew Paramedics. The masks are part of the Canadian Tire COVID-19 response fund, and was applied for by David Norton, Environmental Services Supervisor at Bonnechere Manor. The county says that they have accepted the donation of PPE, as it will alleviate stress on several health care services. They say the masks will help ensure the safety of front line workers during this challenging time.
Warden Debbie Robinson thanks Canadian Tire for its donation, saying it demonstrates the true meaning of community.
