Vast Majority of Renfrew County COVID-19 Cases Resolved, Case Load Remains in Double Digits, Says RCDHU

The case load of COVID-19 is remaining steady, according to the Renfrew County District Health Unit.

To date there is a total number of 18 cases in the entire district. Of those 2 are in self isolation, 1 is deceased and 15 are considered resolved. In total 2773 tests have been completed, with 2599 coming back negative. 149 test results are still pending.

Of the cases, the majority were in Arnprior, Renfrew and their surrounding areas, with 7 and 6 cases respectively. There were also 1 in Petawawa, 2 in the Pembroke area, and one in Barry’s Bay area.

The RCDHU says they have removed military numbers for cases diagnosed outside of Renfrew county. They say that those cases are currently in self isolation.
