A strategic plan for building trust is on the minds of the North Algona Wilberforce Council.
The concept was brought forward by councillor James Brose at the council meeting on Monday.
He said there are concerns that staff are feeling unappreciated and demoralized, and is looking for ways to lighten their workload.
Mayor Deborah Farr quipped that the track record of criticizing residents who are asking for information is not helpful since council is there to serve the public.
Council will weigh their options for a strategic plan and will bring it back for conversation at another meeting.
