Renfrew ATV Club Opens Trails, Looking for Volunteers for Spring Maintenance

The Renfrew ATV Club has opened its trails and welcomed back its members.
They say while some trails still require spring maintenance, the club has decided to open the trails effective immediately. However, with COVID-19 in mind, the club is asking its riders to follow a few considerations. They ask riders to ride to their closest trail system, avoid excessive travel and respect provincial guidelines for physical distancing. They also ask you to be aware of the trail conditions and report any hazards when you see them. They also ask riders to respect landowner requests.
The Renfrew County ATV Club is volunteer run and looks after over a thousand kilometres of trails, rail-beds and connecting routes. They say to watch the Facebook page for more updates on events, and for updated trail statuses, visit their Trail Map. To volunteer to help out with the spring maintenance, email [email protected].
