The Renfrew County District Health Unit is looking to boost its workforce during the COVID-19 outbreak.
The Unit is looking for casual public health nurses to provide generalized public health service to clients in a variety of settings. They say these nurses would support health promotions and protections activities through various public health programs, including the COVID-19 response. Applicants must have a certificate of registration through the College of Nurses of Ontario, Acceptable vulnerable sector check, a criminal record check and a valid G licence. The unit says previous experience as a Public Health Nurse is preferred.
