They also include private schools, childcare centres, cinemas and concert venues. Bars and Restaurants that do no provide takeout services are also included.

The RCDHU says that individuals must stay home unless necessary. They say that any social gathering, activity or event that exceeds ten people should be postponed. They say this includes family gatherings. They say that everyone must self monitor for symptoms like a fever or cough, regardless of travel history. They say that if you develop symptoms to call your primary care provider or the RCHDU (613-735-8654) ext 577. The Health Unit has extended its call hours and is taking calls 7 days a week from 8 AM to 7 PM.

The RCDHU has postponed all clinics and classes until further notice, with the exception of some vaccination clinics. The Renfrew County Health Unit currently has no reported cases of COVID-19 in the county.
