Barry’s Bay to see mild weather this week

Temperatures are expected to be going up in the Valley.

Environment Canada Meteorologist, Geoff Coulson, says the forecast for this week will be milder than usual.

Coulson says that doesn’t mean we’re done with winter just yet.

Coulson says the ongoing El Niño effect could be responsible for the mild temperatures, though that weather pattern will be getting weaker in the coming weeks and months.
