New Elementary School Teacher Federation Strikes are coming to Renfrew County.
The ETFO is planning a series of rotating strikes for the week of February 3rd. On Monday February 3rd, the ETFO plans to hold strikes in Renfrew County. Then on Thursday, a province wide strike will be held as well.
The Renfrew County District School Board is saying it will close its schools February 3rd and February 6th if no agreement is reached. They say Education Assistants and School Support Councillors fall under the ETFO union.
