The Renfrew County District School Board will be publishing grades to students, but that’s it.

The RCDSB said in a press release that due to the ongoing elemtantary and secondary school strikes that they will not be issuing upcoming report cards for Term 1. They say comments on specific students will not be written by teachers because that is outside their Work-to-rule Mandate. But the Board says that grades will still be posted on the school board’s website. They also say that teachers will continue to monitor individual student’s progress. Parents will also be able to contact teachers to discuss their child’s grades. Schools will still submit grade 12 marks to colleges and universities so that students can still apply.

The school board says that it will continue to update parents on job action and appreciates the ongoing patience during this time.
