A long running lottery for the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation has raised over one million dollars.

The Catch the Ace lottery for the Renfew Hospital finished week 39 of the draw with a weekly prize of almost 41 thousand dollars. Scott Smaglinski took home the prize this week after choosing envelope number 46. The foundation says that upwards of 40 thousand tickets were sold last week, with funds going towards the Hospital’s new x-ray suite.

The jackpot if the Ace is caught is predicted to be over 600 thousand dollars, with only 13 numbers left to be chosen from. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at throughout the Ottawa Valley. The RVH Foundation’s Facebook page has a full list.
