The Township of Madawaska Valley is asking residents to help with its new strategic plan.
The Township will be holding a workshop discussion to get input and advice from its citizens and businesses. The workshop will take place at the PJY Centre on November 21st from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. It will be facilitated by the company MDB Insight, which the township says helped with their strategic plan back in 2015.
The plan will set a vision for the next 5 years, and will lay out the goals and objectives of the town until 2025. It will also make sure that services will continued to be delivered with as much efficiency as possible. The township hopes that there can be an honest discussion of the future of Madawaska Valley. The township says that the insights of its residents are of tremendous value for the township’s future.
The township asks that questions are directed to CAO Sue Klatt or Deputy Clerk Gwen Dombroski. They can be reached at the township office at 613-746-2747.
