High Schools in Renfrew County have been graded by the Fraser Institute.
The top ranked school in the area at 16th out of the 676 schools in the province is St Joseph’s in Renfrew.
The school that had the lowest score in the county was in our own backyard.
Madawaska Valley High School placed 586th overall in Ontario.
The Fraser Institute uses average scores from province wide testing for math and literacy to rank the schools.
