OPP have ruled that no charges are to be laid in a collision earlier this month.
The incident occurred on September 18th in Whitewater Region. The collision happened at the intersection of Beachburg and Valleyview roads. Police report that a farm tractor and a motorcycle were heading westbound along Beachburg. Police say the motorcycle then attempted to pass the tractor while the tractor was attempting to make a turn.
The 68-year-old motorcyclist from Cobden received non-life threatening injuries. The 17-year-old tractor driver from Almonte was not inured. The investigation has yielded no charges.
