The St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation is partnering with Tim Horton’s to raise money for the group.

Executive Director of the Foundation Toni Lavigne-Conway said the foundation has been partnering the last 5 years with Jason and Olena Armstrong, the owners of Barry’s Bay Tim Hortons. The cookies are being sold for one dollar and all the money raised from them will go to support the St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation. Lavigne-Conway says the funds help the hospital give care to people of all ages, from young children to seniors to those in palliative care.

Last year, Lavigne-Conway says they raised over $5400. This year in celebration of 5 years partnering with Tim Hortons, they want to raise $5,555. Both Lavigne-Conway and Armstrong praised the community, which both said were very supportive all the years they have done the campaign.

To order a cookie, you can drop in to the store. You can even pre-order cookies by calling the Tim Horton’s branch in Barry’s Bay or the Foundation. For a form to pre-order cookies, click here.
