A Constable with Killaloe OPP has been charged in a collision.
The incident occurred July 12th in the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards. Both the constable and a 74-year-old driver in another vehicle suffered minor injuries. Both vehicles were going westbound.
As a result of the investigation, the constable has been charged with unsafe lane change or shoulder contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. The Constable has been with the force for 2 years. The officer remains on duty.
