Just before 3 AM on June 20th, Bancroft OPP executed drug warrants at two different spots on Woodview Lane in Bancroft.
A 23-year-old male from Faraday Township and a 38-year-old female from Bancroft have been charged with three separate drug possession charges and a charge for possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000. A 35-year-old male from Bancroft has been hit with a charge for possession for the purpose of trafficking while A 29-year-old woman from Bancroft has been charged with possession and fail to comply with recognizance. A 15-year-old young offender was also charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of stolen property under $5,000 and fail to comply with sentence.
Along with the arrests, stolen items, drug paraphernalia, morphine, cocaine, cannabis products, heroin, Canadian money and other items were seized.
All accused were held pending their bail hearing in Belleville.
