Tim Horton’s Ball Tournament went down this weekend.
Six teams went head-to-head at the Paul J Yakabuski center competing to win the Tim Horton’s Camp Day Cup. The event was organised by Sable Kluke on behalf of Tim Horton’s Barry’s Bay. The tournament was won by the Special Forces softball team.
Teams also had a chance to enter in door prizes at the tournament. Among the prizes were golf passes, bluegrass tickets as well as furnature made by local carpenters.
The tournament raised money as part of Tim Horton’s Camp Day. It’s part of an ongoing effort by Tim Hortons to send underprivileged kids to summer camp.
