ATV Fatality near Highway 28: OPP

An ATV driver has died in a collision in Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan Township.

Killaloe OPP responded to a single vehicle collision on Ruby Mine Road off Highway 28. The lone driver of the vehicle was pronounced deceased on the scene. An investigation showed the driver lost control and struck a tree.

OPP Technical Collision Investigators are investigating the scene to find the cause of the collision. OPP has identified the victim as Richard Walker, 57, from Palmer Rapids. A post-mortem has been scheduled.
