A Pembroke man has been arrested on an outstanding warrant by the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP.
The 46-year-old man was spotted by a patrol as he walked through town.
The police also seized drugs and cash during the arrest.
The man was also charged with two counts of possession and one count of possessing property obtained by crime.
He is being held for a bail hearing.
