The County want to support you and your pets.

Media Relations for the County of Renfrew, Michael Barber, says they’re now offering a crisis support line for residents affected by flooding. He says the line offers stress or mental health support in relation to the flood. The Crisis Support Line can be reached 24 hours a day at 1-844-751-2133.

He adds that Ontario Works is also ready to assist those who have already exhausted assistance offered through Red Cross.

Barber says that Animal Valley Rescue is stepping up to the plate with their offer to provide shelter for pets, free of cost, until the affected residents are resettled in their homes.
