Learn to save a life next weekend.
Roshani Thambithurai, Branch Manager of Renfrew County St John Ambulance invites you to join their First Aid, CPR and AED course happening at the Combermere Community Centre on February 23 and 24.
Thambithurai says the course will teach you to handle any kind of first aid situation like a cut leg, a dislocated shoulder and eye injuries. She adds that the course can be taken by anyone and points out that at least one person from every company with employees should be First Aid certified.
If you can’t make it to the course next weekend in Combermere, she says that it will be coming back to the Paul J Yakabuski Community Centre on March 14th and 15th.
She says that the funds raised from the course stays within the community to support their volunteer programs. For more information click here.
