OPP is warning you about counterfeit American money in Ontario.
Most recently, a $50 note was deposited at a bank in Simcoe County.
Investigators are warning that this is only one of several incidents in the last month and are telling businesses to be careful.

Make sure to look closely at any foreign currency and if you do receive a counterfeit, contact police immediately.
Remember that the person in possession of the bill may not know the bill is suspicious.
