Safe Schools Ontario

The province is looking for local school groups to be nominated for their work in fostering safe and accepting environments.
They are looking for nominations of Ontario’s Safe and Accepting Schools Teams for the Premier’s Awards for Accepting Schools.
The province says all Ontario schools have to have one of these teams whose aim is the promotion of positive school environments and the support of student achievement and well-being.
Anyone in a school community can make a nomination before February 19th.
