Winter Pet Care

Cold weather has come to town, and we aren’t the only ones feeling the freeze.
While we bundle up and carry on with our day, SPCA Spokesperson Rachel Eden says we shouldn’t forget about our pets.

She reminds us that just because they have hair, doesn’t mean they are warm.
She says by giving your pet a coat and cleaning their paws when they come in can help them stay warm this winter.

Also, she says a pet bed for them to lay on can help warm them up instead of just lying directly on the floor.
