New Information on Killaloe Fire

The OPP have released new information about the fire that erupted in Killaloe on November 7th.

Constable Catherine Yarmel of the Killaloe OPP reminds us that the fire, that cost the life of man, happened when a garage fire spread to a residence last month on Mask Road in the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards. The victim has now been identified as 64 year old Derek Ivimey, of Killaloe.

Yarmel says the OPP have determined that the cause was not criminal and adds that The Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office have also said that the cause was deemed not suspicious.
