After a year of waiting, the Moose FM’s annual Radiothon is here!
In support of the Madawaska Valley Food Bank, the Moose FM team invites you to donate food and money to your local food bank. On Thursday, join us for 12 hours of on air content as we talk with important members of our community such as the Madawaska Valley Township Mayor, Councillors, members of the OPP and fire department.
John Yakabuski, MPP for Renfrew-Nippissing-Pembroke and Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry says the Radiothon does a great job of supporting the food bank and he encourages you to do the same. He says that it’s important to think of the people in our community who need our help, not only during the holidays but all year round.
To donate non perishable food items you can visit us in person at 41 Bay Street in Barry’s Bay. If you wish to make a pledge, call us from 6am to 6pm at 613-756-9038.
