Winter weather has finally reached the area, and police are reminding drivers to slow down to meet road conditions.
They say to mind your stopping distances when approaching an intersection, and to also watch following distances from other vehicles.
Patience is also being urged if following plows or sanding trucks, as it can be very unsafe to pass them.
