“You see where your dollar goes!” says Executive Director of the St Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation, Toni Lavigne-Conway.
She says this one week away from Giving Tuesday, an annual fundraiser, in its 6th year, that gives residents of Valley Manor a gift from Saint Nick. This year’s event is on Tuesday November 27th. Conway says Giving Tuesday focuses on giving residents of Valley Manor a greater quality of life and fun living environment.
She also told us that the people of Madawaska Valley appreciates having a long term care home in the area like the Valley Manor, which is why they keep on giving. This year’s goal is to raise $5500.
