Future politicians, this is your chance to get involved.

Family and Children’s Services of Renfrew County (FCSRC) are looking for young individuals who want to make a difference. The organization is building a youth advisory committee that will be able to work with the board of directors on a different issues.

Executive director of FCSRC, Arijana Haramincic, says that they are looking for young people to share their creative ideas that will be regularly discussed with the advising governors. The selected members will be able to add their touch and revamp certain youth programs, have their say in funding as well as add their input on the direction the FCSRC is going.

At the end of the selection process, Haramincic says that they should have 8-10 members between the ages of 14 and 29 who have different cultural, geographical and ethnic backgrounds.
