Wilno will be hosting an interior vendors market on Sunday November 4th called Made In The Madawaska Valley. Presented by Madawaska Valley Dance, the gathering will be held from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and will feature local artisans and vendors. Makaila Ronholm, coordinator of the event, says that every single product will have been made in the Madawaska Valley.
Ronholm says she would like to make this a seasonal occurrence. She mentions that it’s important for her that the event be held in the spring and in the fall in order to not cause a disruption to the farmers market season.
The market will include 22 vendors who make their products at home. These products range from woodwork items, to soaps and baked goods to name a few. Even though the event is being put on for the first time, Ronholm states that they wanted to start small and build up as they already have a waiting list of vendors.
