If you tend to find yourself speeding through Laurentian Valley, you may notice a not so subtle reminder to slow down.
The Township of Laurentian Valley approved the purchase of a roadside speed sign last week.
The town says the sign is an attempt to get vehicles to slow down and to make the area safer for drivers and pedestrians alike.

Now that the purchase has been approved, you can expect to see the sign pop up sometime in January.
