Voting is now open for residents of Hastings Highlands.
Electors in Hastings Highlands can vote online or by touch-tone phone from today up until election day on October 22nd.
This will be the first time residents can vote electronically in the Hastings Highlands election. This change was announced by Hasting Highlands’ CAO and Clerk Pat Pilgrim in September.
The Hastings Highlands Public Library is also allowing residents to use the computers at the library to vote. Remember to bring your voter information letter that contains your PIN number if you’re doing that.
A help centre has been opened if you need it. It’s at the Municipal Office in Maynooth. It’s open from 8 AM to 4 PM.
