The tragedy the team faced brought Canada together and tonight they take to the ice once again.
The Humboldt Broncos bus crash last year was a tragedy that brought all of Canada together to support the team. 16 team members died in the crash when the team bus collided with a truck as they were on their way to a playoff game.
Tonight, for the first time since then, they take to the ice to play their home opener.

Moose FM took to the streets to ask people if they will be watching and what they remember from the day of the crash.
A GoFundMe was set-up to help the team. It raised $15,172,200, which is a Canadian record for a GoFundMe campaign.
