The Killaloe OPP is warning residents about telephone and computer scams that are being reported in the area.
Police say scammers ask for personal information when they pretend to be from Microsoft and Revenue Canada.
The OPP says you should find the correct phone number in the phonebook and that you should never reveal personal information unless you know the source. Scams should be reported to police.
