A Renfrew couple is $100,000 richer after winning the OLG LOTTO MAX draw.
They won the draw by matching the last six of seven ENCORE numbers. That won them the $100,000 prize. “We usually play LOTTO MAX and LOTTO 6/49, and always play with ENCORE,” the couple said.
Mark and Stephanie Wright purchased the ticket at Irving on Stewart Street in Renfew. Stephanie, a nurse at Renfrew Victoria Hospital, scanned the ticket on the OLG lottery app. When she found out it was a winner she called her husband Mark right away. They were both in shock, Stephanie said.

With their winnings, they plan on taking their two children on a vacation. After 15 years of marriage, it will finally be their honeymoon, the couple said.
