Renfrew OPP are investigating a crash between a motorcycle and a transport truck on Highway 17.
According to police, collision happened Thursday night just after 9:30 police responded to the call near Forrester’s Falls in Cobden. When officers arrived, the motorcycle driver had been pronounced dead at the scene while the transport driver was uninjured.
Police say the victim was a 38-year-old Cobden man, his name has been withheld at his family’s request. Police continue to investigate the collision with assistance from the OPP’s Traffic Collision Investigators.
