Taste Of The Valley Returns This Weekend In Barry’s Bay

For a tenth year in Barry’s Bay, Taste of the Valley will feature vendors from around Madawaska Valley as well as all across Renfrew County.

David Wybou, Business Development Officer with Renfrew County, says the event offers a mix of farmer’s market vendors as well as ones you wouldn’t usually see.

Wybou says the Barry’s Bay installment of Taste of the Valley is hosted on a Friday so it sees as much traffic as possible.

Taste of the Valley is this Friday at the Railway Station Tourism Centre in Barry’s Bay. It will also make stops around Renfrew County later this summer at the following locations:

John Street, Arnprior on September 30th,

and at the Cobden Fairgrounds, Whitewater Region on October 13.

Wybou says this is the first year the event has been held six times, as more municipalities have requested it.
