From a paramedic standpoint, it hasn’t been the best summer in Renfrew County.
That’s according to Renfrew County Paramedic Chief Michael Nolan, who says a number of factors have gone into what’s been a tough summer.
Nolan says a lot of the time, injuries and even death are sometimes things that can be avoided.

The Renfrew County Paramedic Service says 85% of its calls for service are someone requiring an urgent or prompt response.
